SGC CNG pressure reducing skid characterized by high precision, compact structure, convenient installation, use and maintenance and short construction period is applicable to the pressure regulation of gas used by users from cities and towns, communities or industrial areas and commercial areas where the long-distance pipeline network cannot be laid.
Process flow: natural gas is first connected with CNG transport vehicle with high-pressure rubber hose and quick coupler, then the compressed natural gas enters the heat exchanger for heating through ball valve, filter and emergency shut-off valve, passes through primary pressure regulator to 1.0-1.6 MPa before entering the secondary heat exchanger for heating, is depressurized to 0.1-0.4MPa through secondary pressure regulator, enters the flowmeter for flow meter, and is finally odorized before leaving the station. All levels of pressure, temperature and emergency shut-off valves in CNG pressure reducing skid are interlocked with the control system.

Firstly, the high-pressure natural gas in the skid enters the pressure regulation and heat exchange system through the unloading system, then enters the flow metering and odorizing system through secondary or tertiary pressure regulator after heat exchange in the pressure regulation and heat exchange system, and finally enters the pipe network
The heating system provides the heat required in the process of gas pressure reduction, while the control system monitors the safety of the whole system
